Wasfa Terms of Service

Platform disclaimer

Wasfa is a technology platform that connects users with independent participating pharmacies. Wasfa is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, doctor, medical advisor, manufacturer, or medication seller, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or pharmaceutical consultation. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Pharmacy responsibility

Participating pharmacies use the platform independently and are solely responsible for prescription review, dispensing, pricing, product sourcing, delivery handoff, licensing, qualifications, and compliance with pharmacy, healthcare, advertising, consumer protection, import/export, and other applicable laws. Wasfa may collect registration information, but does not guarantee licensing status, legal compliance, product authenticity, or pharmacy qualifications unless explicitly stated.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for uploading lawful, accurate, authentic prescriptions and only documents you have authority to use. Forged prescriptions, illegal medication requests, controlled or restricted products, fraud, abuse, and misuse are prohibited. You consent to Wasfa processing, storing, transferring, and sharing necessary account, order, prescription, location, and communication data with pharmacies and service providers as needed to operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layan Engineering Solutions LLC is not liable for pharmacy actions, medication issues, health-related damages, delays, pricing, prescriptions, product quality, authenticity, legality, availability, delivery, treatment outcomes, third-party services, or user misuse. Wasfa may use or integrate payment providers, SMS/WhatsApp, maps, cloud hosting, notifications, delivery providers, and other third-party services, and is not responsible for their availability, actions, policies, or failures. Wasfa does not guarantee pharmacy response time, prices, delivery, medication availability, product quality, authenticity, legality, or any treatment outcome.

Termination

Rewards, credits, points, discounts, and campaigns may vary by country, region, user, and time; may expire; may be changed or canceled; are non-transferable; and have no cash value unless explicitly stated. We may suspend or terminate accounts, orders, or rewards for fraud, abuse, fake prescriptions, illegal activity, restricted product requests, or violations of these terms. You agree to indemnify Wasfa for claims arising from your conduct, illegal requests, uploaded content, pharmacy conduct related to your request, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

Services, features, pharmacies, products, and promotions may vary or be unavailable by country or region. Users, pharmacies, sellers, and delivery providers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their country, province, city, or jurisdiction.

إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية

وصفة منصة تقنية تربط المستخدمين بصيدليات مشاركة مستقلة. وصفة ليست صيدلية أو مقدم رعاية صحية أو طبيباً أو مستشاراً طبياً أو شركة مصنعة أو بائعاً للأدوية، ولا تقدم نصيحة طبية أو تشخيصاً أو علاجاً أو استشارة دوائية. استشر دائماً مختصاً صحياً مرخصاً.

مسؤولية الصيدلية

الصيدليات المشاركة تستخدم المنصة بشكل مستقل وهي وحدها مسؤولة عن مراجعة الوصفات والصرف والتسعير ومصدر المنتجات والتسليم والتراخيص والمؤهلات والالتزام بقوانين الصيدلة والرعاية الصحية والإعلانات وحماية المستهلك والاستيراد والتصدير وأي قوانين أخرى. قد تجمع وصفة معلومات التسجيل، لكنها لا تضمن حالة الترخيص أو الالتزام القانوني أو أصالة المنتجات أو مؤهلات الصيدلية ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحة.

مسؤوليات المستخدم

المستخدم مسؤول عن رفع وصفات قانونية ودقيقة وأصلية ووثائق يملك حق استخدامها فقط. تُحظر الوصفات المزورة وطلبات الأدوية غير القانونية والمنتجات الخاضعة للرقابة أو المقيدة والاحتيال والإساءة وسوء الاستخدام. يوافق المستخدم على معالجة وصفة وتخزينها ونقلها ومشاركتها للبيانات اللازمة للحساب والطلب والوصفة والموقع والمراسلات مع الصيدليات ومقدمي الخدمة لتشغيل الخدمة، وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية.

تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل شركة Layan Engineering Solutions LLC المسؤولية عن تصرفات الصيدليات أو مشكلات الأدوية أو الأضرار الصحية أو التأخير أو الأسعار أو الوصفات أو جودة المنتجات أو أصالتها أو قانونيتها أو توفرها أو التسليم أو نتائج العلاج أو خدمات الأطراف الثالثة أو سوء استخدام المستخدم. قد تستخدم وصفة أو تدمج خدمات دفع وSMS/واتساب وخرائط واستضافة سحابية وإشعارات ومقدمي توصيل وخدمات أطراف ثالثة أخرى، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية توفرها أو تصرفاتها أو سياساتها أو أعطالها. لا تضمن وصفة وقت استجابة الصيدلية أو الأسعار أو التوصيل أو توفر الأدوية أو جودة المنتج أو أصالته أو قانونيته أو أي نتيجة علاجية.

إنهاء الخدمة

قد تختلف المكافآت والأرصدة والنقاط والخصومات والحملات حسب الدولة أو المنطقة أو المستخدم أو الوقت؛ وقد تنتهي أو تتغير أو تُلغى، وهي غير قابلة للتحويل ولا تملك قيمة نقدية ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات أو الطلبات أو المكافآت عند الاحتيال أو الإساءة أو الوصفات المزورة أو النشاط غير القانوني أو طلب المنتجات المقيدة أو مخالفة هذه الشروط. يوافق المستخدم على تعويض وصفة عن المطالبات الناتجة عن سلوكه أو طلباته غير القانونية أو المحتوى الذي يرفعه أو سلوك الصيدلية المرتبط بطلبه أو مخالفته للشروط.

القانون الحاكم

قد تختلف الخدمات والميزات والصيدليات والمنتجات والعروض أو لا تتوفر حسب الدولة أو المنطقة. يتحمل المستخدمون والصيدليات والبائعون ومقدمو التوصيل وحدهم مسؤولية الالتزام بجميع القوانين المطبقة في دولتهم أو محافظتهم أو مدينتهم أو نطاقهم القضائي.
